Stable Eyes

Lauren had another eye exam today and we are pleased to report that both eyes seem to be s-l-o-w-l-y regressing. We go back on 10/9 for another check up and hopefully things will still be stable or even looking better. The first and last picture were taken today after we got home, so you can see that Lauren's eyes are a little swollen & red from the small retractor they have to use to hold her eyes open during the exam. They are also still a little dilated. I didn't want you guys to think she had just been bawling her eyes out or anything!

It seems like Lauren is becoming more aware of her hands the last few days and it is so cute to watch her make movements and try and hold her pacifier in with them. She also rolled over from her belly to back on Saturday morning. I was making her bottle and had her on her belly and when I got into the kitchen and looked back she had rolled over! She did this a total of 3 times that morning and then once on Sunday night. We'll see how long it lasts!

We took Lauren to Lincoln City yesterday for a quick trip and I was hoping to get some pictures of us on the beach with her in the front carrier, but it was just too rainy that we didn't want to taker her out in it. She did seem to enjoy her first shopping trip at the outlets though--Imagine that! I love to shop and it must be rubbing off on her already! :)
