Lauren is constantly on the move! I wish I had half of her energy. She is very good about playing with her toys and of course loves when we join in too. She loves to play with her Doodle-pro (magnetic writing board) she got for Christmas. She writes on the board with her left hand most of the time and holds her spoon in her left hand too. I am pretty sure she is going to be left handed. She just seems to do things better with her left hand. I think at least one new word comes out of her mouth every day. My favorite word that she says right now is "broccoli." Lauren still has a love for books that I envy. I've never been a huge reader, but my daughter loves books more than anything. I swear she says "read a book" and then runs over to the books and grabs one. We probably read at least 3-5 books per day. We still have cuddle/reading time before bed and I hope this always continues to be something that she enjoys.

I had to snap the picture fast! She was trying to escape!

Spaghetti is just too much fun for dinner!

Lauren loves to take items off the bottom pantry shelf and stack them. Unfortunately for her, she can no longer do this because there is a lock on the door.

Don't judge me...yes, this is my daughter laying on the floor watching cartoons in the morning. We enjoy lazy mornings around here, so she gets to watch cartoons/play and we get to drink coffee.

And again, no judging--this picture was taken after breakfast and I didn't wipe her face *gasp* before she got down from her chair. I couldn't resist taking a picture of her riding her pony. Great Uncle Steve got this for her 1st birthday and she absolutely loves it!
